North West Diabetes Group Meeting, Friday 3rd July 2009

I am writing to invite you to this meeting on Friday 3rd July 2009 in private facilities at the Worsley Novotel Hotel, Manchester commencing at 3.00pm
Here is a brief outline of the programme( schedule may change slightly)
3.00pm Registration and Refreshments
3.30pm Dr Kennedy Cruickshank: Critique of current treatments for Type 2 Diabetes
4.00pm Dr Bish Mishra – PCOS and Diabetes (TBC)
4.30pm Dr Deepak Bhatnagar: New Ideas, New treatments and Consensus in managing diabetes in pregnancy
5.00pm Tea Break
5.15pm TBC – Interactive Case presentation: The curious of the women whose diabetes disappeared after 20 years of treatment.
5.45pm Dr Martin Gibson: How to use the new NHS R&D system to start a new research project or facilitate your existing research.
6.15pm TBC, Interactive case presentation: Having a high on Insulin!
